- In order to meet the graduation requirements for AdvancED, 22 credits are required in the high school years.
- In order to meet the graduation requirements of Egyptian Ministry of Education, 8 full subjects are required, 2 or 3 credits from grade 11 and 5 or 6 credits from grade 12. In addition to the SAT I. Success in Arabic, Religion and Civics (Thanaweya Ama) are a must for admittance in the Egyptian Universities.
Students wishing to apply for Engineering and Fine Arts colleges must take Chemistry in grade 11 and Physics in grade 12. In addition to SAT II (Math IC and any other subject from Chemistry, Physics or Biology)
Students wishing to apply for Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Physical Therapy and Science colleges must take Chemistry in grade 11, and Biology and Physics in grade 12.
In addition to SAT II (Biology and any other subject from Chemistry, Physics or Math IC)
According to Ministry of Education decree, students not taking any sciences are considered in Literature Department and must pass in Thanaweya Ama exams in History, and Geography.
