School Credits

Yearly grades are weighed as follows:

  • 1st Quarter 25%
  • 2nd Quarter 25%
  • 3rd Quarter 25%
  • 4th Quarter 25%

A total of 100% is equated for final grades. The passing grade is 60% for the final grade.
Total of 8 credits/800 x 40 = Percentage/40%

SAT I Scores

The passing mark for the SAT I is 1440/2400.

To calculate the percent, add the highest scores of the reading, writing and math sections. Then divide the total by 2400 and multiply by 60.

If SAT I total is above 1490 then you multiply by 75 and not 60.

Example

  • (1440 – 1480) /2400 x 60 = score/60 %
  • (1490 – 2400) /2400 x75 = score/75 %

SAT II Scores

The passing mark for SAT II is 1100 (The sum of two Subjects)

To calculate the percent, add the score of two subjects (ie. Math and Biology) then divide by 1600 and multiply by 15.
(1100 and above) /1600 x 15 = Percentage/15 %

For the total of the student’s result, add all percentages (School % + SAT I % + SAT II %).
